Not a flavour concentrate exactly, but used to smooth out any harsh edges or rough notes in other concentrates, and provide a thick, satisfying mouthfeel. It will soften the high notes of your blend and boost the background notes. This isn't magic so don't assume it will fix a bad mix, you still need to take the time to adjust your recipes to make them good.
